SHIPPING

Yes, we do! We ship internationally via postal services and global shipping companies. Please note that import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country, and we aren’t responsible for any delays due to customs. If your country isn’t listed in the shipping options, email us, and we’ll do our best to add it.
3. Is there a shipping charge?
Shipping is free for orders of £20.00 or more (or equivalent currency) in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and European countries. For other locations or priority shipping, actual shipping costs apply, which will be calculated at checkout.
4. How fast is shipping?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Return Policy provides clear guidelines on how to return, exchange, or get a refund if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase.
7. Where is my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt and processing of your refund or exchange. Unworn and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items, are not eligible for return.
8. What should I do if I received a defective order?
If you receive a defective item, contact us at info@dmi-market.com. Refunds will be processed once we receive your returned parcel. Not all countries have free return service; currently supported countries include the US, Canada, Australia, UK, European countries, Israel, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Brazil, Mexico, and others.

10. Can I change my shipping/delivery address?
Yes, you can change your delivery address up to one working day before the original shipping date by contacting us via email or phone. Changes requested after this deadline may not be accommodated.
11. Can I cancel my order before delivery?

12. Can I order multiple items and ship them to different addresses within the same order?
Yes! Please create a document or spreadsheet listing each recipient’s name, address, and the item you want to send, then email it to us at info@dmi-market.com. We’ll help you process everything in one step.
13. Can I place a large order for clients or employees?
Absolutely! Email us a spreadsheet with the product list, quantities, and shipping addresses to info@dmi-market.com. Large orders may qualify for additional discounts.
14. What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?

15. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
