SHIPPING

What are the shipping options?

We have a number of shipping options that is convenient to your delivery address. We won’t charge you shipping and delivery cost. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International orders ship via the postal service and international shipping companies. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.

Do you charge shipping?

Shipping is free for all order value of £20.00 and over or equivalent currency, in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and European countries. Shipping to other locations, and priority shipping, are charged actual shipping costs which are calculated at checkout based on customer location and carrier.

How fast is shipping?

We ship out new orders within 1-2 business days, and we send all packages via selected couriers and post offices, so they'll reach their final destination within 10-12 days from their ship date. To some countries the shipping time may be longer depending on the logistic facilities of the individual country. Expedited service maybe available as an option, please contact us. TAXES, EXCISE DUTIES, ETC.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?

Tax rates vary from country to country. For customers in the UK, we don’t charge taxes at the moment. For customers in the other countries contact us on info@dmi-market.com.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is the return policy? 

Our Return Policy is a clear guideline that explains how you make returns, exchange, or refund if you are not happy with the product or if you changed your mind.

Where's my refund?

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund or exchange.

All unworn and unwashed items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@dmi-market.com for return instructions and a return label.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping on returned items.

Due to their delicate nature, screen printed posters cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement. Not all countries have Free Return service. At present, supported countries include the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, all European countries (including France, Germany, Spain, Russia, Italy, Netherlands, Poland), Israel, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and other middle eastern countries,  Brazil, Mexico, and other southern and Central American countries.  

ORDER ISSUES

Can I amend my order after I have placed it?

Reply to your order confirmation email and let us know that you meant to include a note, and if it hasn't shipped yet we'll make sure amendments can be made. If you want to get in touch about that specific order, you can reply to your order confirmation email. We'll respond as quickly as we can to help you out! Or if you lost that email, you could reach us at info@dmi-market.com.

Can I change my shipping / delivery address?

It is possible to change your delivery address and delivery date up to one working day prior to your original date by contacting us by email or telephone. Any changes requested after this deadline cannot be accommodated.

Updating Orders

Can I cancel my order before delivery?
It is possible to cancel your order by emailing us at info@dmi-market.com. A written confirmation of cancellation must be received within two working days of your order so that we cancel shipping the item. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations after this time.

If you have already placed an order with us and want to get in touch about that specific order, you can also reply to your order confirmation email. We will respond as quickly as we can to help you out! 

Can I order multiple items and ship to separate addresses within the same order or do I need to do each item as its own separate order?

Yes. The best way to do this is to create a document or spreadsheet with each recipient's name, shipping address, and the item you want to send them. Then, email us at info@dmi-market.com and we will make it easy for you to check out and pay for all your items in one easy step!

Can I place a large order (for my clients, employees, etc.)?

Yes! To begin this process, please email us a spreadsheet that contains product list, quantity, shipping addresses (columns for Name, Address, City, State, postcode, Zip, etc.). Send this information to us at info@dmi-market.com. Please note that you may get extra discounts if you make large orders.

 What should I do if my order has not been delivered?

We follow up and make sure you receive your item as soon as possible, but if certain circumstances delivery is delayed, please contact us straight away.

My order arrived damaged. What shall I Do?

So sorry to hear it! Please contact us at info@dmi-market.com so we can sort out a refund or send out a new order straightaway. It would be very helpful if you could include a photo of the damage so we can determine whether we need to contact the shipper as well.

How is the quality of your products as compared with other brands?

We target high quality products and brand in section into our store. We are very transparent in displaying the specifications and features of our products. We describe this in a clear and non-technical language in our product description page to make understand our customers what type of product they are buying.

What materials and fabrics do you use?

The materials and fabrics our products made of are described under all our products.

How should I care for products?

Care instructions are available in the description section of the product page for all items that require care guidance.

What is your pricing policy?

Our price policy is based on compared at prices. We regularly check prices of similar products and adjust our prices accordingly. In addition to minimum compared prices we set; generous discounts are made to make our customers get the best value for money they spend in our store.

SIZE & FIT

How do I make sure I order the right size?

We have clear size and measurement guides for our products and brands. Please use them before you order. Please note the Asian, US and UK, European sizes vary.
